With vintage styling and modern refinements, Keedy Amplification's hand wired tube guitar amps are built for tone. Every component -- from resistors and capacitors to American-made transformers and warp-resistant eyelet boards -- is hand selected for low noise, long life, and touch-sensitive dynamics.

We specialize in contemporary recreations of tweed and blackface-era amps. Our aim is not to strictly clone these classics, but to capture the retro styling and unmistakable tones we all know and love while offering player-friendly features, road worthy construction, and a few twists along the way. Every Keedy amp is custom built. By hand. One at a time. Each one is then tested, burned-in, and auditioned with a wide range of guitars before it gets our stamp of approval.

Our amps are equipped with tubes from today's top brands, such as Tung Sol, Mullard, Electro Harmonix, and JJ. We only use new old stock 5Y3 and 5U4GB rectifiers, sourcing out the best Sylvania, RCA, and GE tubes we can find.

At Keedy Amplification we are obsessed with tone. We realize that as the last part of the signal chain, an amp's speaker is every bit as crucial as the guitar at the start of the signal chain. With that in mind, we carefully match each amp model with the speaker(s) that lets that particular circuit sound its best, both in terms of tone and dynamics. Keedy amps feature the best speakers from today's top manufacturers, including Weber, Tone Tubby, and Eminence. Speakers from Celestion and Jensen are also available upon request.
